Election Meeting

In regards to the meeting that we had last night, 08/19/2017 - only 7 members showed up to the meeting so we were unable to hold a vote and address the shortage of board members. Due to this we have scheduled another meeting next month for Monday, September 25th at 7:00pm at Archery Traditions at 328 Elm Ave, Yukon, OK. We ask for your participation in this meeting as we need to have enough of a turn out to have an vote.

We also need to have individuals who are not only willing to serve on the board but also have the free time in their personal life to serve. You do not have to be a member to attend the meeting and if you are not a member and want to serve - you can pay your dues at the meeting.

We have to make this clear - the council cannot and will not go on without active participation from the membership and a full board so please pass the word along to anyone you know in the council who may not have an e-mail or Facebook. We are going to do our best to get the information out over the next month.

We look forward to seeing any members here and potential future members if you are wanting to join and make a difference within bow hunting in Oklahoma.
